Seminar Synopsis:
The seminar will provide an introduction to basic techniques for self-defense and awareness. The student will have opportunities to participate and practice with others in a safe and supportive group environment.
This seminar is unique. It allows participants to practice full-force self-defense on the instructors. Participants will see what a real life situation is like and that they have the strength to fight back.
Goals of the Seminar:
To give women the framework to understand better ways for self-protection and defense.
Who Should Come
Any and all women (above the age of 18) with or without prior martial arts experience are welcome to come.

Fee:
There will be a $20 fee to attend this seminar.
What to Bring:
Come dressed in sweats or comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bring drinking water.
