Conservative Party Chairman Edward M. Walsh, Jr. today announces the endorsement of Lee Zeldin for New York State's 3rd State Senate District.
Chairman Walsh's statement on the endorsement, "The Suffolk County Conservative Party overwhelmingly endorses Lee Zeldin for State Senate. His grasp of important issues facing us makes him our choice. With high taxes, reckless spending and the mess in Albany we feel Lee Zeldin is the right person to get us back on track.”
The Conservative Party feels that our current State Senator Brian Foley has lost touch with his constituents and has given full authority to New York City Liberal Democrats whose clear agenda is to work against the interests of Suffolk County’s hard working taxpayers.
The Conservative Party would like to thank two other candidates who screened Tom O'Hara and Andrea Vecchio.
